Gerry and Sylvia’s daughter Fabiana recently returned from New York where she is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Soho. She studied under the world renowned Jacques Pepin, Ron Ben Israel and Jacques Torres. Her pastries, cakes and tarts are simply fabulous.

In her role as head pastry chef at Prontos’, Fabiana creates amazing pastry treats daily and also creates succulent desserts for private parties and other special occasions.
