Our pastry Chef Fabiana (Willy) is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in Soho, New York. She studied under the world renowned Jacques Pepin, Ron Ben Israel and Jacques Torres. After graduation she went to Las Vegas to work in the grand Bellagio Hotel. She created pastries and cakes for small intimate parties to large grand affairs and weddings. She went on to Sweet Lady Janes Bakery in Los Angeles creating desserts for the bakery's many celebrity clientele. Now she and her family are back home with us filling our pastry case daily with many wonderful pastries, cakes, tarts, bars, cookies and cobblers.

Let us create your cake for your next special occasion. Bring in your photos or ideas and we will do the rest. Some of our customers favorites include: lemon white chocolate, carrot, old fashioned chocolate, coconut, lemon raspberry and strawberry shortcake. We can also do gluten free chocolate meringue or chocolate soufflé.
