The catering department is run by their daughter Christina. From business luncheons to elaborate events, you can count on Prontos’ to deliver delicious food that tastes as good as it looks. Lunch services range from a la carte platters to full buffets complete with salads, desserts, breads, cheeses and beverages. For special occasions and large events our Chef will put together a custom menu which might include prime rib, rack of lamb, stuffed pork tenderloin, poached Atlantic salmon or crown rib roast, to name just a few.

CORPORATE LUNCHEONS



It is our sincere wish to provide you with the highest quality prepare foods to enjoy at your working meetings. A minimum of 10 guests is required for some menus, please order 24 hours in advance. Your lunches will include all plasticware and serving spoons. We do have assorted drinks available - waters, sodas, iced teas - for an additional $1.00 per guest. We do deliver locally.

We recently welcomed back Fabiana from New York City. She attended the French Culinary Institute in Soho where she studied under famed Pastry Chefs Jacques Torres and Ron Ben Israel. Her specialty cakes, pastries, tarts, cheesecakes, cupcakes cookies are simply fabulous.
